PREPARE

  • Extra virgin olive oil 7.5ml
  • Carrot (diced) 100g
  • Pumpkin (steamed) 500g
  • Cream 30ml
  • Chopped fresh thyme 0.5g
  • Milk 250ml
  • Fine sea salt 2g
  • Black pepper powder 1g

STEPS

Step 1 of 4

Prepare 7.5ml olive oil, 100g carrot (diced), 500g pumpkin (steamed), 30ml cream, 250ml milk, 2g fine sea salt, 1g black pepper, 0.5g chopped fresh thyme.

Step 2 of 4

Open top lid, add all ingredients into the grinding chamber, and close the lid tightly.

Step 3 of 4

Tap the 'Start/Stop' button, tap the 'menu' button, and select 'Soup' function button.

Step 4 of 4

Tap the 'Start/Stop' button to start making, and serve when finished.
